Earlier this year, the Sam Waller Museum applied for funding to have a feasibility study conducted to determine if a building expansion is feasible for our institution. The reason for looking at expanding the building is to have more room for collections storage, exhibition space and programming. We have approached Marcella Poirier and Wins Bridgman of BridgmanCollaborative Architecture Ltd. To conduct the study and they are interested in meeting the Museum’s stakeholders over the course of the next few months. The meeting dates for the first site meeting are July 6-8 and the second site visit will be on Sept. 21-23.
